  • 15 medium potato’s (baked, peeled, cubed)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbs. of mustard

  • ¼ cup of sweet pickle relish

  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)

  • 1 medium carrot(grated)

  • Season with JONES’ MOCK SALT to taste (about 1 tsp)

Pop 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels, drizzle with 2tbs of olive oil, season with Jones’ Mock Salt. If you have a sweet tooth add a hint of honey.


Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add 2 cups of frozen soybean pods, let boil for 10 minutes (drain). Drizzle soybeans with 1 tbs of olive oil, season with Jones’ Mock Salt.


Slice 3 zucchini into 1/4 inch slices, drizzle with olive oil, season with Jones’ Mock Salt, shake with Parmesan cheese, place on an oiled baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
