Black Bean Corn Salsa

  • 1 can of Black Beans (Rinsed)
  • 1 cup of frozen corn
  • 2 small jalapenos (without seeds)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 tomatos2 avacodos
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • juice from three fresh limes
  • Jones’ Mock Salt™

Rinse Black Beans, add corn. In a food processor add the jalapenos, red onion & garlic cloves. Process until fine. Add to black bean and corn mixture. Dice tomatos and avacodos and add to mixture. Shake with Jones’ Mock Salt™ to taste.
