Baked Onion Potato


  • 2 large baking potatoes
  • 4 slices onion
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Jones’ Mock Salt™, to taste
  • 4 tbsp sour cream or cheddar cheese

Scrub potato and slit with sharp knife in two places. Slide onion slices into slits. Bake in microwave for approximately 6 minutes or in oven for 1 hour until potato is tender. Hold potato with potholder and push up from bottom to fluff up. Add butter, Jones’ Mock Salt™ to taste and sour cream.
