When I heard about yet another salt free seasoning, I was skeptical. as a vegan, I am very health conscious. I exercise regularly, eat as much organic food as possible, and avoid all animal products. I knew that I was probably eating too much salt, but after trying just about every salt free product on the market, I resigned myself to the idea that salt would have to be my one health “vice”. Then I tasted Jones’ Mock Salt. It has been on my spice shelf and in just about every meal ever since. Mock Salt is great for everything from salads to tofu marinades. It is versatile and delicious and I’ll never go back to salting my food again!
